Yeah, I thought so. I used to be in that same bind myself. It’s the first force I want to talk about. Let’s call it the “Endless Work Cycle”.
Let’s say you want to break out of that cycle and finally accumulate some money for your kids’ college, or retirement, or whatever.

You heard that real estate investing might be a way out. After all, everyone needs a place to stay and they’re not making any more real estate. So you decide to look into real estate investing:

It’s pretty obvious what’s wrong: Real estate investing is not helpful if you first need money to invest in order to make money. Here’s the important question:

Question: Can real estate investing allow me to make money from scratch without financing properties?

Answer: Yes it can, if you use the right system. This letter is about a system that can do just that for you, right now, in March of 2010, in this lousy economy.

He also was tired of wondering when the next corporate shakeup would happen, the next layoffs, the next bureaucrat-driven orders coming down from headquarters.

Meanwhile, Don Goff was trained as an engineer. He also had a crazy-hard work ethic, holding down three jobs at a time. Don and Craig have known each other since the 4th grade.

Eventually their conversation turned to how they could get free from that first cycle of work/sleep/work.

Q:  I can’t even get a new loan for my house.  How do you expect me to get a property loan from a bank?
We don’t expect you to!  We agree that banks were never easy, but now are ridiculously hard to get loans from. 
Fortunately, there’s a whole rainbow of other financing sources out there.  In the course of the thousand deals we’ve done, you might imagine that we’ve discovered the best sources for financing.

One GREAT source for financing is people’s IRA accounts.  The Fat Cat bankers would have you believe that only their mutual funds and other investments can be held in a so-called “self-directed IRA”.  That’s because they want to make obscene commissions and fees off people’s hard-earned retirement savings.

At the very same time, 2009 was our best year ever as real estate investors, and 2010 is already on target to surpass 2009! 

That might surprise you, but it doesn’t surprise us at all.  We learned a long time ago that there’s no one single giant real estate market, but instead thousands of little micro-economies. 

If a big factory closes in a Michigan town, that real estate market will suffer.  But when oil prices go up, another town in Texas will be doing great. 

Q:  OK, I can see some real estate markets can be strong while others are weak.  But what if I happen to live in a weak one?  How can I possibly make money from real estate then?
That’s a great question, but we also have a great answer J.  Even local markets are not completely uniform like some kind of cheddar cheese.  Instead, local markets are more like Swiss cheese with little pockets here and there.  Those pockets represent opportunities hidden in the market.

For instance, on any given day in your market, people are dying, losing their jobs, getting relocated, getting divorced, graduating from college, and a hundred other activities.  Many of those activities result in people getting behind on their mortgage payments.
